Returns Policy
You may return any damaged, out of date product, and returns based on our error (wrong product shipped). We will also pay return shipping within 10 days of delivery for exchange of product.
You should expect to receive your product within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive the new product more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (2 to 3 business days), and the time it takes the product to reship to your address (within 5 to 10 business days).

Shipping-Domestic
*Products usually ship within 48 hours of purchase, if there is a delay in shipment we will contact you regarding the order.
We can ship to virtually any address in the U.S.A. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to certain destinations. During the summer months (June-August) we only ship chocolate products on Mondays and Tuesdays, so shipping times may vary from date order is placed.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the quoted FedEx rate and the shipping options you choose.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

*For A.P.O addresses, they can be ordered as any other order.
